Everyone of us has likely experienced anxiety at one time or another. It’s part of being human. But what do you do when the anxiety sticks around day after day or becomes a way of being without your conscious consent. This workshop will provide an opportunity to explore your experience with anxiety, whether periodic or daily, and how it affects your life. You’ll leave with a framework and tools that you can utilize when you notice you’re caught spinning in anxiety and you’ll have practices to draw upon that will loosen its grip.

This is a four hour workshop with multiple breaks throughout allowing time to reflect and integrate the teachings. There will be time for sharing in breakout rooms and with the larger group.
